COMPOSITES ONE LLC — The materials distributor in Schaumburg, Ill., has named a succession plan with Al Dobbeck taking over as CEO from Leon Garoufalis, who will transition to vice chair, effective Dec. 31, 2025. Dobbeck is currently executive vice president and chief operating officer.
